Xirag is pre-launch. This page describes exactly what the two things you can do on this site today — browsing xirag.com and preregistering for early access — actually collect, and nothing more. It will be replaced with a full policy covering the product itself before Xirag opens to general use.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses three categories of browser storage, and only one is ever on by default:

Analytics and error reporting stay off until you actively choose to enable them, and your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months before you're asked again. You can change it at any time — including turning it back off — from the link at the bottom of this page.
Preregistration data
If you fill in the preregistration form, we store exactly four fields: your name, work email, company name, and whether you registered as a corporate or startup entrant.
- Why: to hold your place in the free 6-month Xirag Ultra offer and to email you when Xirag launches. Nothing else.
- Legal basis: your explicit consent, given via the checkbox on the form at the time you submit it.
- Who sees it: only Xirag. It is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything besides the launch email.
- Retention: kept until Xirag launches and you've been contacted, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
- Confirmation: a 6-digit code is emailed to you to confirm the address before your spot is held for good — an unconfirmed submission expires automatically and doesn't count against the offer's limited spots.
Need to change the email on a confirmed registration? Use the "update your email" link on the preregistration page. It sends a code to your current address first, then a second code to the new one, before anything actually changes — so moving a registration always requires proving you control the address it's on today, not just the one you're moving it to.
Your rights
You can update the email on a confirmed registration yourself at any time (see above). For anything else — seeing, correcting, or deleting the data described on this page — email privacy@xirag.com from the address you registered with and we'll act on it directly; there's no broader automated self-service yet since the underlying account system is still pre-launch.
